The Greene County Regional Planning Commission will meet this afternoon and consider granting approval on multiple subdivisions including the Greeneville Federal Bank, a 2.8-acre property located adjacent to Poplar Springs Road and Carmack, a .92-acre Property Partition Subdivision, located adjacent to West Pines Road.
Approval will be considered for the Barbara King Holmes and Randy and Renda Davenport Subdivision, which include 4 lots totaling about 77 acres adjacent to Baileyton Road and Harmony Circle.
The Planning Commission will also have a Public Hearing at the meeting to consider granting approval on the proposed amendment to the Greene County Subdivision Regulations.
They will meet at 1 PM this afternoon at the Greene County Courthouse Annex, located on 204 North Cutler Street.
