Police and EMS were dispatched to Light Street Saturday afternoon after a 9-1-1 call of an unresponsive male.
Once there, officers spoke with the caller, who stated she given the man Narcan prior to officers’ arrival.
The man was awake and according to the police report, stated to EMS he had taken heroin. He refused transport to the hospital.
A bag with several needles and a burnt spoon reportedly in plain view, was seen by officers. The bag contained 43 syringes, a burnt metal spoon, and two plastic straws with a white residue on them. The bag was taken and placed into evidence.
