The Holiday festivities are here, with plenty of events to attend for you and your family.
Greene County has tons of holly jolly activities throughout Greeneville with the Christmas in Downtown event from 5-9 PM. The Community Tree Lighting is at 6 PM at the corner of Main and Depot Street and Santa will be there.
The General Morgan Inn will be apart of Christmas in Downtown with music beginning at 6 PM in the hotel lobby and complimentary hot chocolate and hot apple cider.
The staff at Andrew Johnson National Historic Site will open the historic Andrew Johnson Homestead today for their Annual Free Holiday Open House, from 5-8:30 PM.
Rural Resources will have Christmas on the Farm on Saturday from 1-5 PM at 2870 Holly Creek Road (Rain or Shine). The event is free and will have Christmas cookie decorating, music, farm animals and more!
On Saturday Burnett’s Chapel Church and the Camp Creek Community will have their 3rd Annual Christmas Parade, with the parade beginning at 1 PM.
Baileyton will have a Christmas Parade Saturday beginning at 2:00 PM. Their theme for this year’s parade is Winter Wonderland. Anyone wanting to participate should line up on Van Hill Road beginning at 1:00 PM.
The Greeneville Christmas Parade is Sunday at 2:00 PM in Downtown Greeneville, with the Bulls Gap Christmas Parade at 2 PM as well, starting at the Bulls Gap School.
